All products listed on our website are physical silver jewelry items. We do not sell any digital goods, virtual currency, or downloadable items through our website or app.

2. Payment Methods

Payments for our products are made via offline methods only. We support:

• UPI Deep Linking
• QR Code Payments
• Bank Account Transfers

All payments must be completed before collection. No online payment gateways or third-party digital purchases are supported.

3. Product Pickup

Customers must physically visit our store to collect their purchased jewelry. We do not offer home delivery. Our store address and collection timings will be shared at the time of purchase confirmation.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations can only be processed under the following conditions:

• The product is returned in its original, unopened condition.
• Refunds are issued only after verification of payment receipt.
• Customized orders may not be eligible for full refund.

5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying product specifications before payment.
• Payments made via UPI, QR, or bank transfer are final and non-reversible outside the applicable banking policies.
• All disputes related to payment or collection will be addressed at our physical store.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jagannath Jewellers is not responsible for:

• Any digital fraud outside our direct payment channels.
• Losses arising from incorrect UPI, bank, or QR payments initiated by the customer.
• Delayed pickup due to customer unavailability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, India, for any disputes or claims.
